Lilla Hagebyvägen Invest AB ("we", "us", "Paige") values your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our contact form or Paige webmaster service.

What Data We Collect
Via the contact form
When you submit our contact form, we may collect:
- Full name
- Company or website name
- WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Plan interest (Starter / Pro / Not sure yet)
- Current website URL (optional)
- Any notes or requests you choose to include (optional)
Via the Paige service (active customers)
Once you become a customer, we also process:
- WhatsApp messages you send to Paige (your change requests and our responses)
- Your website content, to the extent necessary to carry out requested changes
Why We Collect Your Data
We use your data to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide you with information about Paige
- Set up and manage your Paige subscription
- Carry out the website updates and tasks you request
- Send monthly billing summaries
- Contact you about your account when necessary

How We Store Your Data
Contact form submissions are processed via Formspree and stored on their servers. We access submitted data via the Formspree dashboard. Formspree processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy (formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy).
Customer messages and tasks are exchanged and processed via WhatsApp. Message content is sent to Anthropic's API to power the AI processing behind Paige. Anthropic processes data in accordance with their privacy policy and is a subprocessor under our responsibility.
Your website is hosted on Vercel. When Paige makes changes to your site, updates are deployed via Vercel's infrastructure.
We do not maintain a separate database of your personal data beyond what is stored by these services.

Retention
- Contact form data: Retained for up to 12 months from submission, then deleted.
- Customer data: Retained for the duration of the active subscription, plus any period required by Swedish accounting law (typically 7 years for invoicing records). Non-billing data is deleted upon cancellation.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except the subprocessors listed above who are necessary to provide the service.
Cookies and Tracking
Our landing page does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Request restriction of processing
- Request data portability
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

Complaints
If you believe we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via WhatsApp or email.
