Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Paige AI webmaster service ("Paige", "the Service") provided by Lilla Hagebyvägen Invest AB ("we", "us", "LHICAB").

By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Paige is an AI-powered webmaster service. You communicate your change requests via WhatsApp, and Paige implements them on your website. The Service is intended for small and medium-sized businesses with existing websites built on standard web technologies.

2. Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis:

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Unused tasks do not roll over to the following month.

3. What Counts as a Task

One task = one discrete change request. Examples include:

• A text or copy update
• An image swap or addition
• A color, font, or layout change
• A new page (static, up to 10 total)
• An animation or visual effect
• An embed (YouTube, Google Maps, or similar)
• A contact form via Formspree
• An analytics script (e.g. Google Analytics)

Each individual request counts as one task, regardless of how many requests you send in a single message. If you send three requests at once, that is three tasks.

Revisions: If you are not satisfied with a completed task and request a change to that same item, it is treated as a revision — not a new task, and not deducted from your allowance.

4. Project Flow

For larger requests — such as a full page rebuild, new site structure, or a multi-part project — Paige will:

1. Recognise the scope and offer to put together an implementation plan
2. Present the plan with a task count and estimated cost
3. Wait for your approval before proceeding

If you approve, Paige proceeds and bills at the project task rate (see §2). If you decline, there is no charge. The cost of preparing the plan is absorbed by us.

5. Scope of Service

In scope (standard tasks):

• Text and copy updates
• Image swaps and additions
• Colors, fonts, and layout tweaks
• New static pages (up to 10 total)
• Animations and visual effects
• Embeds (YouTube, Google Maps, iframes)
• Contact forms via Formspree
• Analytics scripts

Outside scope:

• Login systems or user accounts
• Payment integrations
• API integrations
• Server-side or database work
• Domain and DNS management

Work outside the standard scope may be handled via the Project Flow at our discretion.

6. Code Ownership

You own the code of your website. Any work Paige performs on your site belongs to you. We claim no intellectual property rights over your website content or code.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when subscribing
• Ensuring you have the right to request changes to the website (i.e. you own or control it)
• Ensuring any content you provide (text, images, etc.) does not infringe third-party rights
• Keeping your WhatsApp contact available to receive responses from Paige

8. Billing and Payment

Billing summaries are sent automatically each month. Additional task charges are tracked throughout the month and included in the monthly summary.

We reserve the right to pause the Service if payment is not received.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by messaging Paige via WhatsApp or emailing mikael@lhicab.se. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused tasks in the current period.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service in good faith and with reasonable care. However, we are not liable for:

• Any errors or omissions resulting from unclear or incomplete instructions
• Downtime or issues caused by third-party services (Vercel, Formspree, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from the Service or its interruption

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes via WhatsApp or email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
